1 Brownie Quartered
2 Scoops Vanilla Ice Creams
2 Scoops Chocolate Ice Creams
1 Chocolate Chip Cookie
2 oz. crushed Pineapple
2 oz. Strawberries

1 packet Hot Fudge
drizzle Raspberry Sauce
drizzle Carmel Sauce
Whipped Cream
3 oz. Hot Water
2 cubes Dry Ice


In a large bowl put the quartered brownie and spread out on the bottom of the bowl. Add ice cream top with cookie, strawberries, pineapple hot fudge and whipped cream. Garnish the outside rim of the bowl with raspberry and carmel sauces in a 4 oz. ramekin. Put 3 oz. hot water and 2 cubes dry ice put on side of serving plate for fog effect.
