Tuna Steak |

This is a simple dish that’s fun to make and tastes great! The key is selecting a good piece of tuna. The flesh should be quite firm and have a nice shine to it, not dull and mushy. Unlike other fish, tuna doesn’t get smelly, therefore odor can be misleading in this case. Heat up the extra virgin olive oil in a standard size frying pan. Chop the garlic and add it in the pan. Then add the tuna steak. Using medium heat start cooking the tuna. Be careful it will cook quickly. Check to find the right amount of doneness you enjoy. Add the freshly chopped Italian parsley on top and a little bit of hot pepper powder to give it a little kick. Salt and pepper and your done! Serves 4
