Fresh Lobster Tail |
1/4 cup of White Wine 1/2 pint Heavy Cream 1 pint Lobster Stock tsp. of Butter Salt & Pepper to Taste 1 tbsp. of Olive Oil |

Clean and Devine shrimp. Clean scallops of any sand or shells. Heat oil in sauté pan and sauté shrimp, scallops and lobster. Add garlic, shallots, white wine and saffron. Sauté quickly so as not to over cook, remove and place aside. Add cream, lobster stock, salt and pepper, butter and basil. Cook for 5 minutes. Add back in the original items. Toss and serve over angel hair pasta or risotto. Serves 12
