Sambuca Rosa Lobster Ravioli Recipe

Ingredients
 

2 T Whole Salted Butter
½ Red Onion Sliced
½ Fennel Bulb Sliced
½ Leek Bottom (White) Sliced
2 Small Garlic Cloves
¼ Cup Sambuca
½ Bottle Pinot Grigio White Wine
1 Whole Cleaned Lobster

6 ea. Littleneck Clams
12 ea. Mussels
6 ea. Jumbo Shrimp
1ea. Favorite Jar Marinara
½ cup Heavy Cream
6ea. Fresh Basil Leaves
10 ea. Joseph’s Lobster Ravioli

Directions
 

- Slowly saute Onion, Leek and Fennel in Butter till translucent. Add Garlic last and saute for 2 minutes.

- Add Lobster, Clams, and Mussels and saute for 4 minutes. Deglaze with Sambuca and watch for Flame. Add White Wine and cover Seafood and Steam till Clams open. Add Shrimp and Steam 2 minutes.

- Add Marinara, Cream and Fresh Basil and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Boil Lobster Ravioli for 4 minutes.
- Serve Seafood and Sauce over Ravioli and garnish with Freah Basil.
