1 Green Pepper
1 Sausage Cooked
1 Red Pepper
4-oz Romano Cheese
½ - Cup of Vodka
4-oz Butter
6-oz Heavy Cream
Salt & Pepper to Taste
Olive Oil
Heat Saute Pan W/ Olive Oil Until Hot
Add Sliced Cooked Sausages Then,
Peppers & Garlic Deglaze Pan and,
Remove Pan From Stove Add Vodka To Pan,
Reduce Down To ½ Then Add Cream,
Romano Cheese & Rigatoni & Simmer to Half.
