Bayou Catfish - Joe Fish Seafood - Recipe
 
Bayou Catfish Recipe Ingredients
  7-9 ounce filet fresh catfish
2 ounce cooking oil
¼ cup baby shrimp
¼ cup andouille sausage
1 cup spinach
¼ cup chopped tomato
3-4 ounces heavy cream
2 ounce butter
Blackened Red Fish Magic
Linguine or Rice pilaf
¼ cup southwest salsa
  Directions
 

Heat oil in a sauté pan
Lightly coat fish with Blackened Red Fish Magic
Cook fish flesh side down, until slightly charred then turn over
Add Baby shrimp and sausage, cook till shrimp turn pink
Add spinach and tomatoes, cook till spinach is wilted
Add heavy cream and reduce ½ ways
Add butter and let sauce thicken
Serve over linguine or rice
Garnish with southwest salsa

   Serves 4
