8oz Fresh Baby Spinach 6oz Julienne Roasted Red Bell Peppers 4oz Chopped Garlic 9oz Diced Buffalo Mozzarella Cheese ½ Cup Chicken Broth 8oz Marinated Tomato Sauce 6oz Grated Parmesan Cheese |

Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan. Add sea scallops and sauté for 1 minute. Add shrimp and diced mushrooms – sauté until the shrimp are translucent. Add garlic, spinach, salt and pepper– cook for another minute. Add remaining ingredients except the pasta and cheese – bring to a boil. Add parmesan cheese, let reduce by 1/3. Add Buffalo Mozzarella cheese and pasta. Toss and Serve! Serves 6
