5 Fresh U10 Dried Scallops
1Fresh Orange
½ t Butter
¼ C Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Basil
¼ C Grand Marnier Liquor

 
Directions
 

This is a simple and fun dish to make. The key is to not over cook the scallops. Scallops should be served medium-well – not over cooked.
