Ingredients
 

2-lb Pasta
2 Eggplants
6 Boiled Eggs
7 Uncooked Eggs
Mushrooms
Peas
Parsley


Kosher Salt
Basil
Fresh Ground Pepper
Marindo Sauce
Romano
Provolone Cheese
Directions
 

Cook 2 pounds of Pasta, Strain in bowel, mix in marindo sauce. Sauté eggplant, mushroom, peas. Add sauce to pan - mix in big bowl with pasta.
