Neapolitan Shrimp

12 oz Shrimp
12 oz Bow Tie Pasta
10-15 Grape Tomatoes
1 T Fresh Basil
1 T Olive Oil
2 t Garlic
5 oz Pinot Grigio
2 oz Tomato Sauce
Pinch of Salt and Pepper



Cook and drain pasta. Set Aside.

In a large skillet: Add: wine, garlic, tomatoes (cut in half), basil, tomato sauce, salt and pepper and olive oil. Bring to a boil and let simmer.

When sauce is reduced by 25%, add shrimp. Turn once, add pasta and toss.
