Indian Pudding
 
Ingredients
 

1-cup Yellow Granulated Cornmeal
1/2-cup Black Molasses
1/4-cup Granulated Sugar
1/4-cup Lard or Butter
1/4-tsp Salt
¼-tsp Baking Soda
2 Eggs
1/2-quarts Hot Milk

  Directions
 

1. Cream butter and sugar together.
2. Add flour and salt together and add to creamed mixture and vanilla. Then add most importantly the Kalhua.
3. Gather into little balls and place on cookie sheet.
4. Preheat over 350°.
5. Bake 15 minutes or until done. Do Not Brown.

   Serves 5
