For Grapenut Pudding: Add 1/2
cup grapenuts
For Bread Pudding: Add 6 slices of bread, cut in diamond shape
For Rice Pudding: Add 1/2 cup of rice (not minute)
Pour mixture into a 12x9 size roasting pan. Put pan in another pan of
water, half way up roasting pan. Place in 275 degree oven, sprinkle with
cinnamon and bake one to one and a half hours or until set. |
