Ingredients
  2-oz haddock
1-ea shrimp
6-ea mussels
1-oz scallops
2-oz marinara
1-tsp crushed red pepper
1-tsp crushed black pepper
6-oz chicken stock
½-T garlic, minced

  ½-T shallots, minced
4-oz onion, chopped
2- ea celery, chopped
2-ea garden tomatoes, chopped
¼-C fresh parsley, fine chopped
¼-C fresh basil, chiffonade
2 -C white wine
1-T butter
1-oz oil
Directions
 

Sauté all fish, garlic and shallots in hot oil, add all other ingredients cook until fish is done and serve.
