lb Soft Shell Clams |
½ cupTomatoes 1 tablespoon Mustard ¼ cup Basil 1 oz Parmesan 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley 2 tablespoon Olive Oil |

1. Preheat pan on high and add the olive oil. 2. Add shellfish
and sauté.
Add all other ingredients 3. Add wine and cover. Steam until shellfish opens. 4. Serve with crusty bread. Serves 2 |
