6 Slices Bacon |
2 lb. Fresh Corn 2 lb. Red Potatoes 2 lb. Crabmeat 1 pt Hot Milk 1 pt Whipping Cream ½ Cup Fresh Basil Salt & Pepper |

1. Render bacon, add onions and sauté till soft. Add garlic and sauté one minute. Add flour. Cook out for five minute. Deglaze with white wine. 2. Add stock and seasonings – cook out (simmer for 30-minutes). Add fresh corn, potatoes and crabmeat. Bring back to a simmer. 3. Add hot milk and whipping cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serves 24 |
