2 8-oz. Ahi Tuna Steaks
2 Avocado (fresh)
3 Tbsp Cilantro (chopped, fresh)
1/4 cup Extra Heavy Mayonnaise
2 tsp Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
3 Pieces of Focaccia or any style rustic bread
Zest of Lime
Heat oil over medium high heat. Sear tuna once oil is hot for one minute on each side. Let rest on the side.
Cut into ½ inch cubes and put in bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and gently toss. Put on bread and serve sandwich style.
